Two-day competition event under the theme of "Skills sustain Life, Talent Creates the Future" was organized by Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The competition was held From July 2nd to 4th, 2019 to offer an arena for technicians skilled in Advanced Lathe /CNC Milling as well as a learning opportunity for workers from peer industry. Skilled technicans from various manufacturing industries in Zhongshan City participated in the contest.  

Based on the National Vocational Skill Standards, the competition was to assess participant's technical knowledge as well as their on-machine practice. The contest was fierce, as players were brave. With a solid knowledge base and practical skills, the three of the four technicians from Jinma Rides were ranked high on the list and awarded by the committee. We congratulate them and hope that they will continue to advance their skills and help the growth of peer workers. 

 Jinma has been focusing on improving the skill level of its employees since its founding. It believes that in stressing and improving craftsmanship, quality products can be made and quality projects delivered.
