Any machine part will experience varying levels of wear or loosening during the operation of the equipment, and children's indoor playground equipment is no exception. If the brake assembly of the children's indoor play equipment is heavily worn or loose, it is likely that it will be difficult to put the equipment on in a tight environment. Therefore, operators of children's indoor playground equipment should often reflect on whether the braking device of the equipment is abnormal or not. Especially for large-scale amusement equipment, it is necessary to test whether all aspects of the equipment can be used normally before opening every day, and then open the business after certainty.
If the children's indoor playground equipment is in operation, if the energy source is cut off, or the braking system control is suspended, the braking system should remain in a locked state (except in special environments) to stop the operation of the children's indoor playground equipment. The braking energy torque (force) of children's indoor playground equipment should be greater than 1.5 times the additional load torque (force). The operating force of the hand control handle should be 100-200 N. The brakes of the children's indoor playground equipment should be stable and reliable, and should not cause the passengers to feel a significant blow or cause the equipment to vibrate and sway significantly. The braking acceleration rate is generally not greater than 5.0m/s2. An accelerator brake can be added if required.
