The wheel is to be built at Xinghai Plaza in Dalian city, a popular tourism destination in China. Dubbed as the Dalian Eye, the ferris wheel will stand 128 meters tall complete with 28 sleek-looking capsules designed to offer a 720 degree panoramic view.
