Anyone who has been to an amusement park knows that insurance measures are an important part of certain dangerous or large amusement equipment. Therefore, the requirements for large amusement equipment are relatively strict. The specific requirements are as follows:
For the passenger part of large amusement equipment running in the air, the overall structure should be firm and reliable, and insurance measures should be taken for its important parts;
The number of wire ropes or chains used for suspending the passenger part shall not be less than two;
For the connection with the seat part, it must be considered that one can maintain balance when it is disconnected;
The door that closes the cabin above 1m from the ground must be equipped with two locking devices or one locking device with safety that cannot be opened by passengers inside;
The blocking objects at the entrance and exit of the non-enclosed cockpit shall also have a locking device with insurance;
When the amusement equipment is in operation, the power supply is suddenly cut off or the equipment fails, endangering the passengers, an automatic or manual emergency stop device must be provided;
After the amusement equipment fails during operation, measures should be taken to relieve the passengers. Passenger restraint device When the amusement equipment is running, when the passenger may be moved, collided, or thrown or slipped out of the ride, a passenger restraint device must be provided;
For the more dangerous amusement equipment, two sets of independent restraint devices should be considered if necessary;
Belts, pressure bars, stop bars, etc. can be used. Restraint device: It should be reliable and comfortable, and the parts that are in direct contact with the passenger have appropriate softness;
The restraint device should be designed to prevent a certain part of the passenger from being pinched or crushed, and should be easy to adjust and operate;
Belt: It can be used alone on the equipment with slight swing or slow lifting speed, no flipping and no danger of being thrown out. Generally, the belt should be equipped with an auxiliary handle. For equipment with intense exercise, the belt can be used as an auxiliary restraint device;
Pressure bar: When the large-scale amusement equipment is running, it may cause the danger of passengers being thrown out, and a corresponding type of pressure bar must be set; the pressure bar itself must have sufficient strength and locking force to ensure that the tourists are not thrown out or fallen off , and remain locked until the device stops operating;
Requirements for fences and platforms The fences should be set up at the entrance and exit respectively, and guide fences should be set up at the entrance. The platform should have anti-skid measures. The opening direction of the fence gate should be consistent with the direction of travel of passengers (except in special circumstances);
In order to prevent injury to the hands of personnel when the door is closed, the gap between the door frame and the column should be appropriate, or other protective measures should be taken;
For amusement equipment that rides on and off while running, the entrance and exit of the passenger part should not be higher than 300 mm from the platform. The height of the entrance and exit of the passenger part of other amusement equipment from the platform should be easy to get on and off.
